Recent reviews

You know the game is bad when you don't know if you'll be getting a perfect jump or a refusal. The jumping action is impossible to time. It's like the success is determined by a random number generator and has nothing to do with your actions. Most of the animations are ugly. The grooming tools are horribly overpriced. It seems as if you should be able to choose your starter horse, but you can't. However, the dressage mechanic is unique and does not suffer from the issues that jumping does.

This game has so much potential which makes this so sad. Grooming is a must but made expensive, a hassle, and super glitchy. Timing to execute Dressage moves or Jumps (especially in XC) is so broken and random that it makes the game a waste of time especially in Grand Prix and Single Event levels. Graphics also seem to have gotten worse. After a year, I came back hoping things were fixed. Nope, it's worse. I had high hopes for this.
