## Description

HappServe -  Complaint management mobile app is an enterprise solution that facilitates GMC (Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation) authorities with visibility to complaints assigned to them and update complaint status on real-time basis. This app enhances the user-delight and facilitates complaint redressal team with benefits of mobile computing capabilities. <br><br>This app shall have features:<br>- Secured user authentication and login<br>- View allocated Complaint details<br>- View any captured images for the problem site during complaint registration by citizen<br>- Real-time complaint status check and update (Close, WIP, On-hold)<br>- Complaint SLA notification with distinguished color codes
