Let safeAnchor stand anchor watch for you. Sleep well at night while it monitors your boat’s position and sounds an alarm if your boat drifts outside the guard radius. Or go on a shore excursion and be notified if your anchor drags by phone call or email.<br><br>This easy-to-use app includes the following:<br>Alarms for:<br>• GPS Off<br>• GPS Not Accurate<br>• Exiting Guard Zone<br>•  Reentering Guard Zone<br>•  Low Battery<br>• Low Memory<br>All alarms can be configured for all or none of the following:<br>• Sound on your device<br>• Send Email message<br>• Call phone<br>The Exiting alarm email contains the following information:<br>• Distance outside guard zone (feet/meters)<br>• Speed the boat is moving (mph, km/h)<br>• Direction (bearing)<br>If choice to send email notices you must have a Gmail account. <br>Additional features:<br>• Battery Saver technology<br>• Smart Memory Manager<br>• English/Metric units<br>• GPS accuracy and location<br>• Continues to monitor location when screen is off<br>• Remote monitoring via email or phone call<br>• Ability to set exclusion zone<br>• Ability to show boat’s track<br>• Remembers last guard zone. <br><br>Anchor Methods:<br>• Auto Set <br>This option is best if you back down your boat to set the anchor. It uses your GPS fixes to determine the anchor location<br><br>• Auto Calculation<br>This option requires that you know the water depth. It uses your GPS fixes to determine the bearing to the anchor location.<br><br>• Two Point<br>This option does not rely on the app trying to calculate the anchor location. You set the anchor location when you’re dropping the anchor.<br><br>• Manual<br>For this option requires that you manually enter the GPS coordinates of the anchor location.<br><br><br>Legal stuff:<br>Protecting your privacy is very important to us.  Any personal information that you choice to enter, such as your phone number, email address and email password are all encrypted and stored on your device.
