2025-01-21	Natalie Hess Cannon	I have liked this app (minus all the pop ups) for years, until the last week the app completely stopped working, it won't even open. I'm wondering if they are working on an update? Can someone from the app company please let us know why it won't work and when it will be working again? *UPDATE they got back to me the same day and at their suggestion I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and it's working now 👍👍 Thank you for your quick response!
2025-01-07	Alexis Wash	I'm a little frustrated with the app right now. I have had this app since 2015. I was always very happy with it. I got a new phone and now I can't even log into my account. It says it's not able to automatically connect my accounts even though it shows it has access through my settings and when I try to login with my email it says email or password is incorrect I even tried changing my password! Please fix whatever is going on with the app so that I can go back to tracking.
2024-11-25	Xina Kile	With all the non stop ads even with the membership paid for I'm getting heavily annoyed I thought it would be a once in a while thing but now I get it every time I open the app as well as 10 different notifications about crop being sold 🙃 if I wanted to know I would go to that section you're not helping Edit: I'm leaving. I can't believe I paid for no ads, but that's all I seem to get when I use your app
2024-11-22	Robin Radau-Harrison	Love all the different types of logs that help make period and ovulation tracking more accurate. I also love all of the different support groups that give instant feedback. Edit: 11/2024 The app is still great but very annoying when trying to add data for the day you are bombarded with them pushing you to upgrade to the pay version to track more minut details.
2024-11-12	Julia “Julie” Goode	It's really more than I need (I don't use the news or social features, just the period tracking calendar), but I've been using this app for so many years that it's become invaluable as I'm now in the throes of menopause. The charts are a great tool for tracking symptoms and other activities as well. Great app.
2024-10-23	Lauren Blackburn	I've been using this app since March 2016, and it's been 100% accurate every month! Not only does it legitimately predict my periods, it was spot on with my fertile windows. I have 2 beautiful babies to show for it (one born in 2020, and I just delivered the other one in July!) My only critique is that I wish they had an option for tracking cycles without including fertility. I had my tubes removed after my last baby, so I don't need to worry about that anymore.
2024-10-16	Kayla Wargo	Very helpful period tracker. I eventually bought the premium version and I haven't been disappointed. It has helped me build a solid awareness of my cycles over the years which eventually helped me conceive. Downsides are that it doesn't provide a lot of flexibility for people with irregular periods and the app has taken a turn toward making it more of a community social media app (which is not why I purchased it years ago) . This makes it more clunky to get to your cycle recording pages.
2024-09-06	Shana Sam	I paid for premium and I've used this app for a few years but recently I haven't been satisfied. When I go to log symptoms the app stops working. I'm not sure if this is a "me problem" or if the app needs an update. **Update I was contacted by customer service to send an email about the problems I was having. I did contact Glow support and was given recommendations on how to proceed. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall and sign back in. I am now able to add my logs.
2024-06-17	Helena Lyon	Had this app for six years. Liked it a lot. It worked well, did everything I needed. I just had a baby and used their partner app Nurture, which was great. Now I'm back using Glow, but the app has changed since I last logged so I have to pay for premium to see any basic predictions, like tracking my cycle and ovulation. I'm not going to pay $30 (on sale) a year for an app I use once or twice a month. It's not worth it anymore. The constant in-your-face ads for sales to buy premium are annoying.
2024-04-26	Paige Craig	I have used this app since 2018 and cannot stand to even open it anymore. There are ads every 2 seconds and they've changed the layout so that you cannot easily access the "free" options. The calendar and tracking aspects have changed too so that you can't track anything you used to be able to. Adding to your calendar is nearly impossible, and don't even think about looking at things you've tracked in the past. I'm getting a different app now.
