Weekly volume per muscle is held inside a range a drug-free lifter can recover from, and a deload week is scheduled before you stall. Swap or defer a day when life happens — the plan reschedules without penalties.

READINESS FROM YOUR OWN DATA
Connect Health Connect once and SYMM reads your steps, active energy, sleep, resting heart rate and HRV — read-only, nothing is written back. Those become one readiness score, and that score adjusts today's set count. If your watch missed the night, a two-tap sleep check-in fills the gap and counts the same. Every number says where it came from and when it last synced, and every estimate can be corrected in one tap.

LOGGING THAT TAKES SECONDS
One tap per set, with weight and reps already filled from your target. The keyboard advances itself, and the rest timer is where you rate how the set felt — no extra screens, no confirmation dialogs, no celebration pop-ups.

NUTRITION WITHOUT A SPREADSHEET
Calorie and macro targets from your own body data and goal. Log a meal by photo, by voice, by barcode or by quick add — estimates come back editable before they count. Recent foods and copy-yesterday turn a repeat dinner into one tap. Your supplement stack lives in the same place, so what you take is logged where what you eat is logged.

ONE STREAK, NOT FIVE
