## Review summary

Users praise SQUIRE for its easy, simple, and convenient appointment booking, with clean design and calendar syncing. Many report frustrating reliability problems, especially repeated 'not authorized to view this appointment' errors, sign-in or checkout failures, and crashes that make booking difficult. Some complain about booking fees, non-working coupons, and hard-to-get refunds, and a few say appointments were canceled with little notice. Several users note issues that appear periodically even after years of use. Overall, the app is appreciated for convenience when it works, but stability and customer support are recurring concerns.
