Método SIGA

SIGA (Integrated Management and Evaluation System) is a structured organizational assessment method that integrates indicators of culture, health, working conditions, meaning, and productive practices, with the goal of supporting strategic decisions, promoting healthier work environments, and strengthening sustainable productivity.
The method is based on consolidated approaches of systems thinking, integrated management, and socio-technical methodologies, widely used in organizational, academic, and institutional contexts.

The assessment is carried out using non-clinical instruments, such as:

* Structured organizational perception questionnaires
* Objective indicators (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, productivity)
* Active listening and analysis of the work environment
