CRM is a customer- oriented feature with service response based on customer input,one-to-one solutions to customer&#39;s requirement,direct online communications with customer and customer service centers that are intended to help customers solve their issues.<br><br>App Disclosure:<br>1.It is a CRM based application.<br>2.To login as technician, user must enable background location permission to use this feature as it is the base concept.<br>3.We collect background location data to monitor the technician activties and it is visible to only admin of the particular application.<br>4.To give travel allowance the background location is used.<br>5.The location is collected even when the app is closed.<br>6.The location collected is not used to support advertising.<br>7.Once the technician logout the background location is stopped.<br>8.The location collected is secured and safe and not shared to anyone.
