It happens too often and it gets really annoying. And it would be nice to make it easier to earn coins through ads or idk, because the offline regeneration time is excessively long |

Also, once you reach a certain level with the puzzle side quests, the puzzle pieces no longer register when you collect them, so you'll be stuck collecting the same puzzle piece over and over. Customer service is non-existent, they do not reply to email or feedback at all. Overall, to truly enjoy the game, you have to spend money and not be concerned with actually advancing in the game. |

Coin walls are a problem, too, since ads come up and cost you the few precious seconds you get. Biggest issue is that this game is like many games, literally just an ad farm. The only diffrence is this one doesn't have the forced pop-up ads every 30 seconds. However the prices for things in my opinion are ridiculous. For an electronic item that has no real value? No thanks. |

Haven't played in about 10 years, redownloaded and recently, most if not all time that I play a video for coin walls, big coin, or coin shower, it doesn't happen. Game is updated on my phone so it makes no sense. While playing the game is me enjoying my time, I do not appreciate wasting my time as I watch the videos for no reward. Please fix this bug, before I delete game. |

I'm constantly getting pop-up ads, prompts to click other things, and my screen is polluted with various derivative actions; I want a game that lets me drop coins into a pusher. After the 3rd ad randomly blocked the screen I uninstalled the game. I don't want, or need, wheel spins and minigames and other unrelated content; for a time waster, this really wastes your time. 2 stars because they're trying really hard to get your money. |
| 2023-03-25 |  | | What an annoying experience. "deals" and bonuses that only ever cost gems are constantly thrown in your face. Difficult to afk for more coins because of intrusive ads, and coins don't generate quickly at all if you don't have the game screen open. Level ups and free bonuses wasted because they only happen when you're fresh out of coins, so you're staring at the coin walls unable to utilize them, unless you throw money at the game for more coins. |
| 2022-12-07 |  | | I loved this app at first until it kept constantly popping up purchase offers and then the other day as it frequently does it popped up an offer for 4.99 and I clicked the x at the top corner as I always do and instead of getting rid of the pop up it completed the transaction. The button to place the purchase was in the bottom middle of the pop up so there is no way that ever should have happened. I disputed it bc its bs. I won't get a refund. Don't feel safe playing this anymore |

The wheel resets back to lowest amounts. Fine. But it doesn't reset prizes! I have to make up all the points tell I can get prizes again. It did same thing with 4th of July event. I keep texting support but get ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER AT ALL!! You really need to address these issues! Free /watch add?Most time you don't get a thing |

Even if I go back and try again, it still doesn't work. Ever since the "free token" screen changed, I've had no luck getting to play. Designers need to take a look so they don't start losing players!! |
| 2022-04-01 |  | | This game is cool my daughter loves it but you used to be able to get coins when you needed by selling the extra collected prize pieces, say you need 5 kinds of cars and you need 5 of each, well say one you have 10 of, you could sell those extra 5 for more coins but that feature went away. Plus the card game used to come up way more often. I have seen it once in a month, used to see it once or twice a day. So the game used to be way better. |
