After roughly 9 months with Galileo, I'm returning to in-person primary care. Three recurring problems drove the decision. It rarely writes year-long maintenance refills, so I needed repeat visits just to refill stable, well-tolerated meds. Clinicians opened consults overnight, asked questions I'd already answered on intake, then closed them before I woke—no treatment, no plan. And it reflexively pushes specialist referrals, even for routine refills. For ongoing maintenacare, it was inefficient.
