## Review summary

The clearest strength is the wide range of Asian food and shopping options. Repeated complaints focus on app bugs and instability, incomplete translations, and promotions that are difficult to use. Users also report unavailable or missing items and poor resolution of delivery problems. High prices and fees are another recurring concern.

### Pros

- Broad selection of Asian groceries, ingredients, and restaurants, including options not available on other delivery apps.
- Some users find it convenient for ordering Asian food and say it works well or is easier to use than the website.

### Cons

- Frequent bugs and reliability problems, including login, payment, checkout, and cart issues.
- Poor localization: Chinese text remains when French is selected, and English support or translations are missing in parts of the app.
- Discounts and coupons often fail or have restrictive conditions; promotional notifications may advertise unavailable items.
- Stock and order-fulfillment problems, with missing or unavailable products and reports of inadequate follow-up or refunds.
- Several users consider prices, fees, and order minimums too high.
