Reopen its doors, gather a gifted crew, and turn a damaged forge into the warm heart of a rebuilding community.<br><br>Forgefolk: Last Workshop is an offline workshop-management game about craft, planning, and practical kindness. Review customer requests, judge deadlines and material costs, assign the right worker to each station, and keep an eye on stamina and mood. Every completed order strengthens the workshop—and your place in town.<br><br>Build an efficient production rhythm across the forge, anvil, workbench, cooling rack, repair table, design desk, storage room, trading shelf, and more. Complex goods move through several stations before delivery. Invest earnings in meaningful room improvements, repair worn equipment, expand your recipe book, train specialists, meet weekly payroll, and prepare for larger community projects.<br><br>Your choices matter. A family may need a repair it cannot fully afford. A trader might offer a scarce part at the worst possible time. An apprentice&#39;s mistake can become a lesson or a lasting argument. Decisions affect coins, supplies, worker well-being, and relationships with six local groups.<br><br>Follow eight chapters from the workshop&#39;s reopening to the town&#39;s great rebuild, then continue in freeplay and perfect your craft.
