It offers tools for documentation, organization and knowledge transfer - for better understanding and more self-determination in everyday life with the complex heart situation.<br><br>Knowledge compact &amp; understandable:<br>Access an integrated medical wiki at any time that explains central information about the Fontan circulation in a simple and understandable way.<br><br>Diary &amp; History:<br>Document symptoms, activities, diet and medications. Keep an eye on your health progress.<br><br>Medication reminders:<br>Reminder function for taking medication – individually adjustable and flexibly adaptable.<br><br>Sports and nutrition tracking:<br>Supports you in an active lifestyle through targeted monitoring of your physical activities and diet.<br><br>Data protection first:<br>The Fontan Heart app does not permanently store any health data on the device. Instead, your information will be encrypted and processed anonymously on secure servers in Germany - hosted on Microsoft Azure. This ensures the highest level of data security - while at the same time completely foregoing advertising tracking or profiling. You decide at any time which data you share and can have it exported or deleted if you wish.<br><br>Questionnaire on the supply situation:<br>A central component of the app is a structured questionnaire. The data collected helps to sustainably improve the medical care of Fontan patients - for those affected, their relatives and treating professionals.
