Entries can use scales, counts, yes/no responses, or custom tags, with support for scheduled and as-needed medications and caregiver tracking.

Turn daily health data into clear graphs, reports, and insights to identify patterns, understand potential medication side effects, and prepare for medical appointments. Through the optional Data Dividends program, eligible users may contribute de-identified health data to research and receive quarterly rewards, such as gift cards. Folia is free to use, offers privacy controls, and lets users export or delete their data. It supports more than 100 conditions, including autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, migraine, mental health conditions, and rare diseases. Folia is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
