## Description

FlickScan is a simple and cost effective solution to resolve clocking issues for employees on the go. This is an add-on module for Flick Solution’s Time management software (TMS), which allows supervisors to clock-in for his employees and also allow employees to clock-in by themselves using a smartphone.<br><br>Data Captured:<br>- Employee ID<br>- Sign in date and time<br>- Employee Face (jpeg photo)<br>- Project<br>- GPS location<br><br>Requirements:<br>- Static IP on client server<br>- Android 6.0 Marshmallow or higher<br>- 3G/4G or Wi-Fi internet connection<br>- Smart phone/tablet with GPS capability<br><br>Features:<br>- Built-in Offline mode to allow employees to clock-in/out even when there is no internet access<br>- Real-time Projects and Employees list synchronization<br>- Real-time phone activation and deactivation<br>- Accurate GPS capturing to reflect location of employee clocking in<br>- Support Supervisor and employee mode for different user type functions<br>- Simple clock-in feature allows for easy switching of projects for employees with multiple projects per day.<br>- Employee photo sending feature.<br><br>Note: An existing Time Management Software (TMS) from Flick Solutions is required to use the full functions of this app.
