WorkTime makes daily time tracking simple. Start or stop the timer from the home screen, record work hours, breaks, and notes, and keep your work account up to date. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly totals show your hours, target time, and overtime.

Privacy
Your work-time records are stored in the app's private storage. WorkTime does not operate its own backend for this data, and automatic Android cloud backups of app data are disabled. Technical diagnostics, performance information, and usage events may be processed through Google Firebase to improve stability and functionality. Your work-time records are not used for advertising. Data leaves the app when you choose to save or share an export or backup, when an explicitly selected Google Play function requires it, or as described for technical diagnostics in the privacy policy.

Optional automatic workplace tracking
If you enable Workplaces and grant “Allow all the time” location access, WorkTime uses precise location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use. This lets the app detect when you enter or leave a configured workplace and automatically start or stop a time entry. Location is not used for advertising or movement profiles. This feature is optional, and the rest of the app can be used without location access.

Free with permanent unlocks
The free version allows up to 25 entries per month. Additional features can be unlocked permanently, separately or as a bundle, through Google Play. There is no subscription.
