Fitmatch

The Fitmatch app is a free application designed exclusively for athletes and personal trainers who use the Fitmatch training card creation software.

Fitmatch will allow you to view your training card in the app whenever you want. It will be a real assistant to your solo workouts.
Here is a small summary of the features you can access:
• View an animated demonstration of the exercises you will need to perform! You will no longer have to look for the instructor on duty and waste precious time having him explain the correct execution of an exercise.
• View the instructions that will guide you on the correct posture to keep and the mistakes to avoid!
• View the sets with all the detailed instructions on how to perform them, such as the intensity technique to use, the TUT, the recommended repetitions, the load to use and much more!
• Conveniently manage recovery times, you will have access to an integrated timer with the recovery time foreseen for the training already pre-set, once activated it will count down and warn you with an acoustic signal when you have to perform the next series or exercise .
• Conveniently record your performance! Once you finish the series, while you recover, you will be asked to enter the repetitions you performed and the load you used to perform them. Your performances will be saved and historicized so they can be evaluated by your coach.

Using the app will be very simple!

Download the app and after registering in a few simple steps, just accept the invitation from your personal trainer. Once you and your PT are matched you will be able to share your training card directly in the app!
