FOOD DIARY: keep under control the value of kcal, proteins, potassium, sodium and phosphorus taken at each meal.

KEEP VITAL PARAMETERS UNDER CONTROL: enter weight measurement, heart rate measurement, blood test recording (Azotemia, Creatinine, Uric Acid, Hemoglobin, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus). Download the file with your recordings and share it with your nephrologist.

REGISTER THE PRESCRIBED THERAPY: enter the drugs of the therapy prescribed by your nephrologist.
