Figgo Courier Manager consolidates daily operational monitoring into a focused and verifiable mobile experience.<br><br>• View metrics, route progress, alerts, and inventory visibility.<br><br>• Review persistent exceptions with owner, priority, SLA, and activity.<br><br>• Assign and acknowledge exceptions with server concurrency control.<br><br>• Resolve only permitted actions; cases with mandatory evidence remain blocked until it is met.<br><br>• Monitor cash on delivery (COD) without overwriting the financial history.<br><br>• Keep actions online and authorized by the server; it does not hide conflicts or simulate approvals.<br><br>The application requires a Figgo Courier business account with monitoring permissions. Protected data is deleted from the device when the session is revoked.
