No typing addresses, no filing mistakes.<br><br>INSPECTIONS THAT HOLD UP<br>Guided HVAC seasonal checks (temp split auto-calculated, static pressure, drain tests), life-safety walkthroughs (GFCI, smoke detectors, P-traps), and move-in/move-out walkthroughs with voice capture. GPS, timestamp, and tech name are stamped on every report.<br><br>ASSET TRACKING FROM THE DATA PLATE<br>Photograph a data plate and Fieldlok reads the model and serial number for you. Warranty windows, registration deadlines, and service history follow the asset automatically.<br><br>WORK ORDERS WITHOUT PAPERWORK<br>See your assigned work orders, submit completions with photos, quote jobs, and generate invoices — all from your phone. Drafts autosave, so backing out never loses your work.<br><br>WORKS IN THE FIELD<br>Offline-tolerant capture, bilingual interface (English / Español), and photo backup options built for real job sites.<br><br>---<br><br>Fieldlok requires an account issued by your property management company.
