I need help urgently to setup. Has been trying for past 1 hour. After gateway beeps upon scanning qr code to connect to wifi, I am faced with Administration popup. Upon keying in given info on ID Password Card "Account: admin / Admin password: (empty)", I am shown user does not exist! Tried delete the account and reset the cam several times to repeat the process. But was futile. It is frustrating and there seems to be no way to change password at all, though the card advised to change
