## Description

**AlcoTrack** is a private alcohol tracker and BAC calculator for logging beers, wine, shots, and cocktails while viewing an estimated blood alcohol curve. Add your personal details to monitor BAC as it rises and falls, track alcohol-free days and sober streaks, review weekly and monthly statistics, and set hydration reminders. The app also includes a home screen widget, customizable measurement units, cocktail recipes, achievements, and drinking diary tools.

Connect Health Connect to compare sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV on drinking and alcohol-free nights. An optional AI Coach answers questions using your personal drink log. Data stays on your device by default, with export and backup options, while Health Connect data is read-only. AlcoTrack includes free core tracking and offers AlcoTrack Plus for expanded statistics, unlimited reminders and favorites, the full cocktail list, an ad-free experience, and personalized AI Coach questions. BAC estimates are for general guidance only and must never be used to determine fitness to drive.
