## Review summary

User reviews consistently flag app instability and Bluetooth pairing problems, plus output limitations (mostly 1080p with little to no 4K support). Usability is hampered by slow performance, limited features, and poor documentation, with frequent compatibility issues across cameras and devices. A minority still praise the hardware and basic ease of use, but the overall app experience is hindered by reliability and compatibility concerns.

### Pros

- Simple to use for basic operations.
- Solid/good hardware (gimbal) and some positive mentions of the app when it works.
- Some devices (e.g., certain phones) can operate effectively or with minimal app reliance.

### Cons

- App instability: frequent crashes and not working as reported by many users.
- Bluetooth pairing/connection problems: difficult to pair or reconnect, with limited overall Bluetooth functionality.
- Video/resolution limitations: common complaints about 1080p output or lack of 4K support, and inconsistent video quality.
- Usability and feature gaps: slow, clunky experience, limited adjustments, poor explanations, and forced reliance on native camera apps.
- Compatibility issues with cameras/devices: problems connecting to or controlling a range of cameras (e.g., Sony a6000, G6 Plus) and inconsistent device support.
