## Description

Event Four You Scanner is the access control tool for organizers&#39; staff using Event Four You.<br><br>At the entrance, scan the guest&#39;s QR code and instantly know if the pass is valid: a large, color result, audio confirmation, and vibration, without having to look at the screen in a dark, noisy room.<br><br>WHAT YOU CAN DO<br>• Validate entry lists, tables, and passes by scanning the QR code<br>• Enter the code manually if the QR code is damaged or the screen is off<br>• Search for a guest by name or phone number and record their entry<br>• See in real time how many people have entered<br>• View the history of your scans, including rejected ones<br>• Track the evening&#39;s progress with statistics and time slots<br><br>WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A CONNECTION<br>If there&#39;s a network outage, scans aren&#39;t lost: they remain on the phone and synchronize as soon as the signal returns. The operator always sees which entries are confirmed and which are still pending.<br><br>DESIGNED FOR THE EVENING<br>Each QR code can only be validated once: the second scan is rejected, even if two different operators scan it. Events are divided into ongoing and past ones, so you&#39;ll immediately find the right event at the door.<br><br>RESTRICTED ACCESS<br>Credentials are provided by the organizer; no accounts are created through the app. Each operator only sees the events assigned to them.
