ScrollFit is a push up app blocker and a fitness app blocker in one: a screen time workout that asks for push ups to open an app and a squat to unlock your phone. Digital wellness through exercise, not willpower.

ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION

ScrollFit uses Android's AccessibilityService API. It is what makes the app's
core feature possible: blocking the apps you choose until you exercise.

What it is used for: ScrollFit needs to know which app is open on your screen
at any moment in order to count the time you spend in it and show the block
screen when your allotted time runs out. On Android, the accessibility service
is the only reliable and continuous way to know which app is in the foreground.

What data it reads: only the technical package name of the app in the
foreground (for example, com.instagram.android) and the moment you switch to
it.

What it does NOT read: ScrollFit does not read the content of your screen, your
texts, messages, passwords or keystrokes. The service is declared with
canRetrieveWindowContent="false", so the app is technically unable to access
window content.

Where that data stays: it is processed on your device. It is never uploaded to
our servers or shared with third parties.

Before turning it on, ScrollFit shows you a full in-app explanation of all this
and only continues if you accept it. You can disable the service at any time in
Settings > Accessibility > ScrollFit.

ScrollFit is not an accessibility tool and does not use the isAccessibilityTool
