π§ DUAL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Our application combines two complementary AI engines:
TensorFlow Lite (YAMNet): A neural network trained on millions of sounds. It classifies each audio segment and accurately detects the presence of human voices.
Whisper (OpenAI): A speech recognition model capable of automatically identifying the spoken language from among 99 languages. It analyzes the linguistic characteristics of the detected segments.

π ADVANCED FREQUENCY ANALYSIS
Beyond AI detection, the application performs a complete acoustic analysis:
Fundamental Frequency (F0): Measures the pitch of the detected voice
Formants (F1, F2, F3): Identifies the characteristic resonances of human speech
HNR Ratio: Evaluates the harmonic clarity of the signal
Probabilistic Voice Classification: Determines the voice type (male, female, child) Probability percentages based on a multi-window Gaussian model
Anomaly detection: Identifies atypical vocal characteristics that may indicate a potential vocal disturbance (VSD)
These parameters allow for greater accuracy in differentiating a normal human voice from an unusual acoustic phenomenon.
