ERDETA Job Tracking offers multi-tenant task and personnel management for municipalities and corporate teams. Assign tasks, view the location of field teams, collect before and after photos, track status in real time, and generate reports. It provides a secure and scalable structure with a fully Turkish interface and role-based authorization.<br><br>Key Features<br><br>Task Management: Create tasks, set priorities, add dates/times, and addresses<br><br>Role-Based Access: Super admin / municipal administration / section manager / team leader / staff member / observer<br><br>Map &amp; Location: Select task location from map, share staff location (optional)<br><br>Before-After Photos: Associate images taken by staff member performing the task with the task<br><br>Status Stream: Created → In Progress → Paused → Completed → Canceled<br><br>Notifications: Instant alerts on assignments and status changes<br><br>Reports: Task number, name, date, assigned staff, and status summaries<br><br>Multi-Agency Architecture: Data for each municipality/institution is stored separately; unlimited users/sections/tasks<br><br>How It Works<br><br>The super admin defines institutions (municipality/factory/institution) and assigns the institution manager.<br><br>The institution manager adds sections and staff members.<br><br>Tasks are created and team leaders/staff members are assigned.<br><br>Employees share their location on-site, upload before/after photos, and update status.<br><br>Monitor reports and progress through the administration panel.<br><br>Account and Access<br><br>This app requires an account provided by your organization. There is no registration option; your authorized administrator will create your account.<br><br>An internet connection is required.<br><br>Permissions and Privacy<br><br>Location (optional): Used for field view and employee location sharing; for internal visibility only.<br><br>Camera/Photo: Used to upload before/after images for the task.<br><br>Notifications: Used to send alerts for task assignments and status changes.<br><br>Data is stored in your organization&#39;s domains and managed by your organization&#39;s administrators.
