## Review summary

The Enclave Audio CineHome II/PRO app is widely criticized for unstable connectivity, frequent crashes, and poor usability. Many users struggle to control their expensive speaker systems due to app issues including looping, disconnects, and lack of essential audio controls like an equalizer. The physical remote is often ineffective, leaving users dependent on a problematic app. Although the speakers themselves have excellent sound quality and technical support has helped some users, overall the app and customer service experience are viewed as frustrating and disappointing.

### Pros

- Speakers have great sound quality and system performance.
- App connects to the speakers initially without much trouble for some users.
- Tech support responded and helped resolve issues promptly in at least one case.
- Resetting or rebooting system hardware sometimes resolves app connectivity issues.
- Users appreciate detailed system setup options when app works properly.

### Cons

- Poor and unstable connectivity with the speakers; frequent disconnections and difficulty maintaining connection.
- App often crashes, loops on loading screen, or freezes, preventing control over the sound system.
- Lack of important features like multi-band equalizer or bass/treble adjustment in the app.
- Physical remote provided is often non-functional or only limited to volume control; users rely heavily on app control which is unreliable.
- Customer service perceived as poor or unhelpful by many users; repetitive canned responses and unresolved issues.
