At Smärthjälpen, we offer evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with persistent pain.

Our digital treatment support is prescribed to you by us. You must be our patient to access it. In the app, we offer a wide range of digital care and modules:

• Video-based rehabilitation and exercise programs
• Education and information films
• CBT and ACT modules
• Chat directly with us
• Smooth video calls (no technology hassle with links to the web)

Our goal is that your digi-physical journey with us, i.e. your mix of physical visits and digital activities and measures, will increase your access to qualified care, your self-efficacy, and adherence to treatment.

Smärthjälpen is registered for supervision by the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate. Our app is qualified according to GDPR, is secure and safe, classified according to MDD and registered with the Swedish Medical Products Agency and the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
