When a consumer calls, they don&#39;t have to wait until you&#39;re back at your desk.<br><br>What you can do:<br>• Make and take business calls through your Eltropy account.<br>• Put a caller on hold while you check something, mute yourself, switch to speaker, or use the keypad to get through a phone menu.<br>• Your phone alerts you when a call comes in.<br>• Find a contact or call someone back from your recent calls without looking up the number.<br>• Set your availability, and turn on Do Not Disturb when you&#39;re with a consumer or done for the day.<br>• Sign in with the login your institution has approved.<br><br>Built for every team:<br>Whether you&#39;re helping consumers at a branch, working in the back office, or taking calls from home, you&#39;re on the same phone system as the rest of your team.<br><br>Getting started:<br>Eltropy’s Mobile app is for staff at credit unions and community banks that use Eltropy. Your institution needs mobile app access, and your administrator decides who can sign in. Ask them to set you up.<br><br>If you&#39;re looking for your own banking app, search for your credit union or bank by name.<br><br>Some features depend on how your institution has set up Eltropy.<br><br>Note: This app requires an active Eltropy account provided by your organization. It is intended for business use by employees of Eltropy&#39;s Credit Union and financial-institution customers, and is not a consumer product. You&#39;ll need your organization&#39;s domain and sign-in credentials to use the app.
