LOLC eGen

eGen is a mobile application where the insurance agents can create Quotations, Policies and generate cover notes without a physical encounter of the customer. All the operations are carried out in a user-friendly environment where the agents and customers can engage in their needs and process outputs effectively than the usual manual process.

The process to login is straightforward! Enter the user credentials provided by the IT department and the user will directed to the home page.

User suggestions will be taken into consideration and the app will be updated accordingly.

Features:

· Selection of covers and the premium being calculated according to the selected covers.

· Option to request for MR elevations and the ability to upload proof documents.

· Ability to share and download the created quotation.

· Creation of Policies, ability to get the digital signature of the customer to be entered to the proposal and upload of documents to generate cover notes after the details entered in the app is being synced to the core system (ISF)

· Pre-Underwriting inspection can be done via the app

· Motor re-branding products related to private car and hybrid private car has been included in the app, user has the ability to get a comparison quotation and a selected product quotation
