The app is good and practical, I manage several accounts simple grouping payment is great??!! but when it doesn't work we have no other option than manual payment on each account we have to process 34 payments customer service instead of sorting the problem they look for similar alternative solutions like using benifit or e gov not understanding the inconvenience

App is slow, UI elements are un-responsive or in places underneath mobiles UI, old design that have a lot of un-usfull elements. The user experience requires enhancing that allow people to easily see the bills, make sense of the charts, breakdown and easily even get help if they feel there's faulty powerline, or water leak in their homes/apartments.
