WHAT YOU GET
• Flow Score — one calm 0-100 number that blends several well-studied brain signals, personalised to your own baseline.
• Mood reading — a sticky 0-100 mood estimate (calm, energised, tense or low) from the valence/arousal model, updated gently every ~30 seconds.
• Heart rate, heart-rate variability and experimental prefrontal oxygenation on supported Muse S Athena headbands.
• Focus sessions — start, lock your phone, and get a flow report with your time in flow, peaks, and tailored tips to improve your focus.
• Gentle coaching — opt-in tips when you drift, drowse, or tense up.
• A "?" on every metric that explains exactly how it's calculated, with links to the research.
• Optional account to sync your history and compare today against your own average. Or use it fully on-device, or sign in anonymously.
