In the beginning it was better. Actually it was AWESOME!! I live in the country , I'm handicapped in wheelchair with one leg and had no other way to town or even the country store by the freeway. Van go saved me plus they had longer hours which made it really nice. I could get a ride Everytime I called or booked on line. I'd get stuck sometimes somewhere and call... Boom get a ride. There was plenty of buses and drivers. Now it's totally changed. Can never get a bus .

Very VERY convenient, it's just that when you try to book a bus sometimes it's really really unreliable, and also they can cancel on you sometimes if they are too backed which can be very very detrimental if you are a student or if your parent can't get off work. Drivers are always nice, just sometimes park in unreasonable locations. Also, if you want to cancel a bus when it says that is it "on its way" even though it doesn't show up after an HOUR that it said it will, you will be charged.
