Add Items to your lists with desired time & frequencies so you can track everything you need and want to do. Use Types to group similar tasks into categories and Tags to mark them across categories & filter by either.

Add sub-tasks to break down complex plans. Add URLs to quickly jump to relevant resources. Each sub-task and URLs have their own completion status.

Swipe items right to block out your day's tasks. Swipe left to add it to the day's queue and send it straight to the timer. Each added item gives you a running total of the planned time for the day so you know when to stop.

The Schedule tab breaks down your items into "Planned" once queued, then "Actual" when you start a session. Swipe an item right from the Planned Schedule to send it to the Timer tab - ready to start when you are. Or swipe left if you decide to leave it for another day.

On the Timer tab you can adjust the default time before starting the session. You can add a note, choose a sub-task for session focus, change tasks, or add minutes to the session at any time.

It's easy to get side tracked or distracted so our Pomodoro timer gives you configurable (soft) alarms at 25%, 50%, 75%, 5m, 2.5m, & 1m to pull your focus back to the task at hand AND let's you track time *without* watching the clock. You can turn them off too -- if you prefer to count in your head! ;)

Use the Progress tab to view your sessions, what you worked on, when, for how long, & how your activity compares with your goals.
