## Review summary

Reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with reliability the most prominent concern: users describe crashes, glitches, and access failures. Playback limitations, slow performance, and a poor interface also recur. Several users say missing casting or live-stream support makes the app less useful. A few note that it can play lecture videos or get the job done when functioning, but positive feedback is limited.

### Pros

- Provides access to recorded lecture videos when the app is working.
- Video downloads are available, though users report problems with downloading and offline playback.

### Cons

- Frequent crashes, bugs, and glitches make the app unreliable.
- Repeated login and access problems prevent users from reaching courses or current modules.
- Playback controls are limited or unreliable, including missing skip controls and problems with background or lock-screen playback.
- Users repeatedly criticize the interface and report slow loading, syncing, and switching between videos.
- No casting support, and users report limited or unavailable live-stream playback.
