Meet the convenient EBS helpline application<br><br>Convenient helpline reporting and legal inquiries are possible in real time, anytime, anywhere<br>Progress and processing confirmation for reports and inquiries, and follow-up reports are also possible<br><br>★ Features of EBS helpline<br>- Operated by an independent third-party specialized company (Red Whistle) to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.<br>- Major financial institutions, large corporations, central administrative agencies, local governments, and public corporations in Korea use the Red Whistle helpline.<br><br>★ What applies to this helpline<br>1. Guaranteed anonymity<br>This system does not create or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be tracked and anonymity is guaranteed.<br>2. Enhanced security<br>This system is equipped with a firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS), and security control is in effect 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 3. Report storage and access rights<br>Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle&#39;s security server for security reasons, and only the person in charge who has the authority to process the report can access them.<br><br>★ Notes<br>- After submitting the report or inquiry, please make sure to take note of the unique number (6 digits) assigned to you, and check the processing confirmation after a few days to check the response and progress of the auditor.<br>- Be careful not to expose yourself. When writing a report, be careful not to reveal any circumstances that could lead to guessing who you are.<br><br>★ Instructions<br>If an error occurs while using the app or if you have any suggestions or questions, please contact us.<br>We always welcome your opinions.
