2025-01-28	Sh*****	Mostly easy to navigate but often gives too many unwanted results, even for specific keywords. Filtering the results then removes good ones. I'm both a seller and buyer. What I don't like these days (more experience-related) is that many sellers have lost their minds pricing their goods, charging more than new price, then adding ridiculous shipping charges for things within the continental US (even my own or neighbor states). Why buy that when I can get new for much less in 2 days, not a week?
2025-01-27	Ma*****	Been on eBay for a very long time. The app has come a long way. Still needs work thow, you should be able to screen shot items when you win them in a eBay live auction. Most sellers don't have pictures or anything showing after you win. Open up the eBay live for people to start selling on it, it's been in beta for years. I've applied for it and still waiting for an answer.
2025-01-25	KA*****	I love shopping on my phone, & the eBay app lends itself well to phone shopping. There are two things I don't like, the searches are less than perfect, recently they gave even more choices to check, and I still get things I don't want, and when I use PayPal it just shoves the payment through instead of pausing so I can pick which payment method connected to my PayPal I want to use. I have a few, but this app doesn't let me pick. You asked for a review, can you fix it?
2025-01-19	De*****	Love the site and have got many great things from it, just wish they would put restrictions on what people are charging for shipping!! You think your getting a good deal because the product being sold is at a reasonable price, but then when the price of shipping winds up being as much as the product itself and sometimes more, it's really ridiculous. That's my only complaint with the site tho.
2025-01-18	Ro*****	Generally the app is okay, but I have one major gripe. I've often come across items that are poorly described, sometimes in a way that appears to be misleading buyers. A recent one was an xbox series S listed as a series X. The latter is more powerful and expensive, so more desirable. I reported this, only to be told that it isn't a violation. This seems completely inexplicable and there's no way to then respond to Ebay's decision. So no way to challenge a possibly fraudulent listing.
2025-01-16	Ju*****	They removed prices from the saved search feed. This makes the app useless for browsing new stuff I'm interested in. I'm sure some idiot greenhorn MBA came up with this as a method to drive interaction. All it does for me is make me use the app less. And I buy multiple things from eBay per month. But now I'll have to look at my feed on desktop and probably buy less as a result.
2025-01-15	Jo*****	I sell something for $65, shipping is $8. Ebay adds tax and charges fees on final value after taxes. This is not fair at all because you don't sell taxes. they add them and take a portion of the fee for them. Plus you have to pay fees on the shipping as well, which usually ebay estimate too low in the first place. Thus G. Total $79.79 buyer pays, you get $61. And then have to use supplies and also ship. So you end up with $53. This is NOT right. I'll go sell on Face Book, etc
2025-01-12	Zm*****	I have been using this app for many years and it fulfills my needs to deliver needed items online. Almost all disputes are resolved positively, but sometimes I get warnings that I have disregarded the return policy. It is very bad that you allow obvious scammers to trade on your site, I have encountered this more than once. So I will say that this is not the best platform for shopping, but it is difficult to do without it.
2025-01-12	Da*****	Buying is ok. If you're selling, be prepared for eBay to not follow their own policy in certaincircumstances. If a buyer immediately opens up a case saying they didn't receive the item right after making the purchase. Ebay always sides with the buyer. You can still get charged by eBay for the selling fee or you can be charged the selling fee plus loose the cost of your item if ebay refunds them. This has happened twice to me. Contesting by mail to their legal department is also pointless.
2025-01-07	Sc*****	All I can say is I luv the new updated version of the App. Haven't use the App in about a year them went back and added a "Business Account" and noticed alot of changes. Luv the Payment Delivery policy. Better than direct payment to PayPal. You would get the funds then a week later your client would file a dispute because of some valid reason, and you would have to "Refund" within a time-frame. I couldn't keep up with it. My performance on my eBay Store lost Credit & points from late refunds, et
