Absolute garbage and so impersonal. A completely unprofessional approach and not user friendly. IT hangs up on you when trying to resolve issues. This is a waste of time and resources. Theres been nothing but problems since this app has been made mandatory at my location. If you like inconvenient acct. lockouts, constant unnecessary password changes everytime you log in and lost productivity due to watching the same videos for the 15th time then this is the perfect app for you.

This is just another app that Ryder has that doesn't work. Besides why can't they just have 1 app for everything that the employees would need instead of always having to sign in and get kick out because it says the user name is wrong or the password is wrong. Also stop with the always having to change the password and the can't use the last 10 passwords, I can barely remember the ones I have. Make an app that actually works.
