Recent reviews

Update. This system consisting of multiple Klipsch Powergate units throughout the home only connects ~40% of the time to either single or multiple units. There is nothing worse than just wanting it to work and it doesn't. You must power cycle the Klipsch Powergate, your WiFi router, disable/re-enable WiFi on phone, power cycle phone, or wait 3 hours and maybe it will work. I'm stuck in this Play Fi eco system and it's just bad.

With over 25 years in information systems as a developer and troubleshooter this is the worst app I've ever seen. Connecting is next to impossible and always requires multiple tries from multiple devices. I've had this for a couple years and they haven't done anything to fix the issue. In fact it's harder to connect devices now than ever. I spent over $1000 for a music streamer I can't even use because I can't get it to connect using the exact same steps I've used before.
