## Description

PallasMark is the companion app for warehouse and fulfillment staff using the PallasMark platform.<br><br>Before a package ships, you record a short video or photo of what&#39;s inside. If a customer later says the item arrived empty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, that recording is the evidence.<br><br>How it works:<br>1. Scan the order&#39;s barcode or find it in your task list<br>2. Record a video or photo of the package<br>3. Send it to the customer for approval, or mark it shipped<br>4. If a customer disputes an order, review the recording and take the appropriate action<br><br>Built for the warehouse floor:<br>- Scan, record, and continue without keeping a browser tab open<br>- Recordings upload in the background and retry after connection interruptions<br>- See which orders still need evidence with clear counts and filters<br>- Use PallasMark in English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese<br><br>You&#39;ll need an existing PallasMark account to sign in. New accounts are created on pallasmark.com.
