AppsStop helps you to gain control over the time you spend/waste on some of your applications by setting blocking policies on them, it helps you to prevent doom scrolling and block apps by setting the following blocking policies:<br><br>*)Block: Once you block an app/group of apps you won&#39;t be able to use it until you remove the block from the app.<br>*)Daily Limit: Allows you to set a certain amount of time for each app/group of apps during the day.<br>*)Time Out: Allows you to set from/to time in which the app/group of apps won&#39;t be accessible.<br><br>You can also create Groups of apps and control multiple apps at once.
