Awful, this app almost never works when I need it. The features constantly crash and I have to delete and redownload so many times.

Im not a computer expert by any means... But what is the problem? Get the app working good... only to do updates to fix bugs and seems like create more bugs in the process. I wish that when an app was working decently for most.. you all would leave it alone. This being locked out of my digital account for day and hours at a time is unacceptable. Fix this or im going to take my business elsewhere.
