Made for those who rent out one or more properties and currently manage this in notebooks, spreadsheets, or mentally.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Register each property with its address, rental amount, due date, and contract term. The app calculates the rest: what's up-to-date, what's due in the coming days, and what's overdue.

Record each month's payment and issue a PDF receipt instantly, ready to send to the payer.

Store contracts, addendums, inspection reports, deeds, property tax (IPTU), appraisals, and photos. Each file is stored in its corresponding property and opens within the app.

Mark what can't be missed on your calendar: inspections, renewals, contract end dates.

Open a maintenance service request and close it with a photo of what was done. It's kept in the property's history.

Track the timeline of each property: who paid, when, what was done, and by whom.

SHARE ACCESS WITHOUT SHARING THE BILL

Invite a partner to manage the properties you choose with you. They only see and operate those properties.

Invite the tenant: they register their own rent payment, track services, and download contracts and receipts for the property where they live. They don't see your other properties, nor what happened before their contract.

TIMELY NOTIFICATIONS

Domu notifies you before, on the due date, and in case of late payment. You choose which notifications you want to receive and how far in advance. Contract end and scheduled services are also notified.

PRIVACY

Domu lives off subscriptions, not your data. There are no ads in the app, nothing you register becomes advertising, and we don't use third-party trackers. No card data passes through Domu: payment happens on the payment gateway's page.

You can close your account anytime, within the app, and everything on it will be deleted.

PLANS

Start for free with one property. Paid plans unlock documents, calendar, and services, and increase the number of properties you can list, up to a maximum.
