## Description

The National Agency for Energy Management (ANME) innovates with the launch of the “E-Tiquette” application, a first in Tunisia.<br>This revolutionary application allows consumers to ensure the authenticity of the energy label stuck on household appliances offered for sale and access other useful information concerning the product and various energy efficiency measures.<br>Indeed, E-tiquette makes it easier to read and process data from a product&#39;s energy label using the camera integrated into the Smartphone by scanning the QR code printed on the label or by entering the N ° of the device. This free mobile application also allows you to check the authenticity of the energy label in real time and to make a complaint if the label is not authentic.<br>Main features:<br>· Real-time identification and verification: Enable consumers to instantly identify and verify the authenticity of a product through the application, thereby increasing user confidence in their purchases.<br>· Easier complaints: integrate a direct complaint functionality via the application in the event of a suspicious or non-compliant product, thus simplifying the process for consumers.
