Survival Workout is the elimination fitness challenge game you play as a group on a single phone. Each turn, the app draws a random exercise and number of reps. Complete it and you stay in. Give up and you're out. Last one standing wins.

No gym, no equipment, no sign-up: just you, your friends and one question… who can last the longest?

🎲 HOW TO PLAY
• Add 2 to 8 players and pick a color.
• Each turn you get a random exercise and number of reps.
• Tap DONE when you finish… or give up and you're eliminated.
• Round after round the group shrinks until only one survivor is left.

⚔️ GAME MODES
• Reps mode: complete the reps you're dealt, at your own pace.
• Time mode: hold the position while the countdown runs.
• Teams mode: Team A vs Team B. The last team standing wins.

💪 EXERCISES
Push-ups, diamond push-ups, sit-ups, squats, calf raises, burpees and jumping jacks. Turn on only the ones you want or create your own custom exercises. Set the maximum reps or seconds to match your group's fitness level.

🏆 AFTER THE MATCH
• Ranking with turns survived, reps and time for every player.
• Stats: the deadliest exercise, the fastest turn and group totals.
• Share the result as an image to tease whoever lost.

✅ PERFECT FOR
• Game nights and parties with friends
• Group workouts at home, in the park or on the road
• Breaking the ice at get-togethers and family gatherings
• Challenges between roommates, teammates or classmates

📱 BUILT TO PLAY WITHOUT THE HASSLE
• Everyone plays on the same device, no accounts or sign-up.
• Matches work offline.
• Sounds and vibration at key moments.
• Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Catalan, Basque and Chinese.
• Your players and exercises are stored only on your device.

The app is free with an occasional ad before a match starts. If you'd rather play ad-free, you can remove ads with a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

⚠️ Survival Workout is an entertainment game, not a training program. Warm up before playing, play in a clear space and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
