I wouldn't recommend this app for 2 reasons there are many hidden fees that suddenly popup when booking. Secondly the customer service is horrible I had questions about my booking and they asked me to contact the hotel directly I am not sure whats the benefit of paying this site if they cant even assist with a simlple question...usuless

Not a scam website but have issues that's for sure, hence 3 stars. Those stars are for customer the service. The room I booked wasn't booked. We had to source another room at double the price However, Destinia refunded the original cost PLUS half of the cost of the second room we had to source on the day Can't say fairer than that
