DeskWarp is an end-to-end encrypted remote desktop tool built for the support technician. With this app you see and control your client's Windows computer from your phone or tablet. You do not have to be at your desk.

HOW IT WORKS

• Your client opens DeskWarp on their Windows computer. There is no installation, no sign-up and no account; they download a single file and double-click it.
• They read you the 9-digit support number and the password shown on screen.
• You enter both in this app, the connection is established, and their computer appears.

The support number belongs to that computer and does not change. The password is renewed at every launch, so an old password cannot be reused.

THE RELAY SERVER IS A POSTMAN, NOT A READER

Encryption keys are generated only at the two endpoints. The rendezvous server carries the traffic but cannot see its contents. What the session shows is known only to you and your client.

• ECDH key exchange on the NIST P-256 curve
• AES-256-GCM encryption
• The password is turned into a key with PBKDF2 and used for mutual verification; it never reaches the server

FULL CONTROL FROM YOUR PHONE

• Mouse — drag the cursor in touchpad mode or tap the screen directly in touch mode; right-click, two-finger scrolling and pinch-to-zoom all work
• Keyboard — type with your phone's keyboard, Turkish characters included (requires DeskWarp 1.18.0 or later on the remote computer)
• Key bar — Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Win, Esc, Tab, arrow keys, Home, End, PgUp, PgDn, Del, F1–F12 and Ctrl+Shift+Esc, each one tap away
• Multi-monitor — switch between displays on computers with more than one screen
• Image quality — choose the quality that suits your connection
• Clipboard — bidirectional text transfer
• Chat — message during the session
• Reconnect — if the connection drops, carry on where you left off
• Recent connections and optional password saving
• Enter your own server address (enterprise deployment)

NO HIDDEN CONNECTIONS

Throughout the session a banner stays on the client's screen showing who is connected and letting them disconnect with one click. The name you enter before connecting is shown there. Access logs are kept on the client's side: who connected, when and for how long.

TRANSPARENCY

We cannot see session content and we do not store it. On the server side only technical records of the connection itself are kept: time, support number, both sides' truncated IP addresses, both sides' DeskWarp version, duration and bytes transferred. IP addresses are not retained in full.
