## Description

Our app, designed for managing entry and exit at various locations in IIT Ropar, offers a comprehensive solution for multiple stakeholders. With four primary stakeholders involved—students, guards, admin, and visitors—we streamline the entire process while ensuring efficiency and security.<br><br>For students, the app simplifies their entry by utilising QR codes. They can generate their unique QR codes within the app, which the guards then scan and approve. All the relevant credentials and information of the students, previously entered by the admin, are displayed to the guards for verification.<br><br>The admin plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate student records within the app. They enter and manage the credentials of the students, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information. This data is then used during the entry verification process.<br><br>When a visitor arrives, the guard records their entry in the app. Additionally, if the visitor is accompanied by multiple individuals, the guard can easily add the number of additional visitors. The same entry procedure is followed for visitors, with the guard capturing necessary details and ensuring proper documentation.<br><br>Our app ensures a seamless experience for all stakeholders, providing a user-friendly interface and reliable functionality. It enhances security, eliminates manual record-keeping, and enables efficient management of entries and exits at IIT Ropar.
