## Description

TicketApp allows the maintenance technician to know in real time the maintenance of ordinary and extraordinary type assigned to him.<br>Tickets are sorted chronologically and their priority is highlighted with a different color:<br>- Red: High<br>- Yellow: Medium<br>- Light blue: Low<br><br>Each ticket is accompanied by detailed information that can be viewed by pressing a specific button.<br>Each ticket is geolocated and the user can trace the route to be taken to reach the destination<br><br>The operations allowed by the user are as follows:<br>- Acceptance / Rejection of an assigned ticket<br>- In case of refusal: choice of a reason among the list of those proposed<br>- Start work<br>- Pause a job<br>- Transfer of work to other maintainers for a reason chosen from those provided<br>- Completion of the work and compilation of the report<br>- Choice of the descriptive items of the ticket according to its type<br>- Insertion of the autograph signature<br>- Enter the name of the signer
